INSTRUCTIONS
CONQUEROR USER GUIDE Conqueror offers three different game types: Arcade, Action and Strategy. The Cover Disk contains one level of each game type. Make your selection from the main menu. Arcade One tank against waves of enemy tanks. Action Control five tanks against enemy squadrons. Select map mode to command drone and current tanks. Strategy Plan a campaign to hold marked objectives as well as engaging in head- on combat. Tank Controls Press F9 in main menu for possible combinations and to chose auto gunner or driver. Keyboard only: press F10 in main menu. Gunner Mouse: Up - elevate gun barrel Down - depress gun barrel Left - swivel left Right - swivel right Both buttons - fire Joystick: Same as mouse Driver Joystick: Up - both tracks forward Down - both tracks back Left - turn anti-clockwise Right - turn clockwise Two joysticks recommended. Left joystick - left track and rotation of turret Right joystick - right track and elevation of gun Fire button - fire shells Colour code Cyan - player's tank under control Yellow - player's other tanks Magenta - enemy/computer tanks Tank descriptions Function keys F1 to F6 For map mode press Return key when driving tank Controlling more than one track In map mode large dot is tank, x is destination. Board tank with left button. Position destintion with right. On leaving map mode, by pressing space, last boarded tank will be current tank. Strategy mode: chosing your tanks Of tanks on display, foreground are tanks you can buy. Background are tanks you already have Use left button to buy and sell. Right button for tank description. Press return to position tanks on map and space bar to continue game.
