This was a really interesting Shoot-Em-Up/Run and Gun title, you basically try to shoot the bad guys before they shoot you, shoot enough of them to move onto the next screen, i remember seeing the colecovision version in that AVGN episode so the fact it was on 2600 makes it all the much better.
