Can anyone help? I played this years ago on my ST and now more recently through Steem. I am still stuck at the first hurdle. I can't get through the big door and can't do anything with the slide and storage disc. The commands won't accept the usual stuff. Help!

Another one that I never finished. After just taking on Mars/Ariolasoft, maybe I fire up the ST Emulator and try this one.
As far as I remember, the parser could be very picky at times...

THE GAME
========

 Invasion is an adventure set on a
huge spacecraft, lurking behind the
dark side of the moon. For the full
story, see the file STORY.DOC.

HOW TO PLAY
===========

 Anybody can play the game! All you
have to do is to enter simple commands
such as NORTH, WEST or TAKE HORSE. The
program accepts many hundreds of words
almost all of which can be abbreviated
to some degree. A comprehensive list
of words will be given later on.

THE SETTING
===========

 Invasion is set mostly on a massive
starship. For all the adventure
junkies reading, it is over 100
locations in size, and contains over
3 hundred long messages! It has all
of the 'helpful' commands, such as
OOPS, RAMSAVE/LOAD, SPLIT screen, TEXT
or GRAPHICS, as well as many others.
Type VOCAB for some helpful info.
Every puzzle is logical, there is no
magic or little blue devils involved
and a lot of useful info is given via
the EXAMINE command.
