Just seen this game new and sealed on Ebay.
The back of the box says it's a tortoise in the 2nd paragraph, and a turtle in the 4th paragraph, and also says turtles can't swim very well.....erm Why do people in the USA get tortoises and turtles muddled up?
Tortoises are land based and can't swim. Turtles can swim and mostly just come to shore to lay their eggs. |
| On the back of the cover, it says it is a turtle, but yeah very very well polished frogger clone. |

This game looks like your standard frogger clone, but it's a lot more than that. You're trying to maneuver your rabbit (that looks oddly like a turtle) from the bottom of the screen to the top. The game gets progressively harder as you go along mixing in moving sidewalks, water levels, moving buoys, and other such hazards. This game gets my vote for best Frogger clone of all-time. |

The white version of the box is an early release and is considerably harder to find than the classic packaging. Rarity of "8" applies.
Missing original tape image!
Thanks to the Atari Software Preservation Initiative for the scans. |
