Lethal Weapon was also available separately as a single title (disk), just take a look at your scans - they only say Lethal Weapon. If this would have been a combo disk (with Sea Fighter), the disk label as well as the manual and cover would have shown both names...
I know for sure, since I once got the heir of AMC-Verlag and both Sea Fighter and Lethal Weapon were available as single disk games and as a combo disk...
And err, in Germany the game is very common, just like the many other german games by KE-Soft, Power per Post and R & E Software. -Andreas Koch.
