I liked it very much back then. I remember it was on sale for a bargain price. I was not disappointed. After firing it up the very first time I was pleasently surprised, that Asterix, Obelix and Miraculix (the druids name in the german comics) looked very well compared to what I expected from VCS 2600 sprites (and this was not very much, *haha*).
It is a simple but fun game and I like the fact that one is playing both characters. I like the cute melody when the druid is showing up and thanks to the Gods he does quite often when you need him.
